At MegaCool Technologies, we aren't just making parts—we're solving one of the biggest physical bottlenecks in the AI revolution: heat.
As data centre cooling reaches its physical limits, we've developed Smartfins™, our ultra-high-performance thermal management technology powered by proprietary generative algorithms.
We're a lean, fast-moving startup that bridges the gap between advanced software intelligence and large-scale hardware manufacturing. Our technology delivers world-class thermal performance at a scalable cost while integrating seamlessly into existing global supply chains.
If you want to see your designs deployed at gigawatt scale across the world's largest data centres, you'll feel at home here.
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll bridge the gap between impossible thermal challenges and ready-to-ship hardware.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your days making small edits to legacy CAD files. You'll use our proprietary generative design technology to create the next generation of liquid cooling solutions.
You'll own the complete design lifecycle of cold plates powering the industry's most advanced CPUs and GPUs, working with a high level of autonomy from concept through manufacturing.
Develop high-performance cold plate designs by integrating our proprietary Smartfins technology into production-ready CAD models.
Work directly with customers and global manufacturing partners to ensure every design is optimised for efficient, high-volume production.
Leverage our SaaS platform to automate design iterations and provide Tier-1 partners with next-generation cooling solutions.
Every new CPU and GPU generation requires a new cooling solution. You'll lead the design, validation and qualification of products for the world's leading OEMs.
Move seamlessly between technical proof-of-concepts, customer discussions and close collaboration with our software engineers to continuously improve our generative design platform.
If you're excited about solving complex engineering challenges and want to help redefine thermal management for the AI era, we'd love to hear from you.
Send us your CV, portfolio, or simply tell us about the most technically challenging problem you've ever had to explain or solve.
